Our credentialing packages are structured based on the number of insurance payers and the level of coordination required. Each package is designed to support providers through the credentialing process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
All credentialing packages are subject to review based on provider type, payer requirements, and practice structure. All credentialing packages are priced per provider and based on the number of insurance payers requested.
Credentialing timelines vary by payer. Submission does not guarantee network approval. Divine Billing & Credentialing Services is not responsible for payer processing delays.
Basic Credentialing Package: Per Provider 1-2 Insurance Payers
Designed for one provider credentialing with up to two insurance payers. Ideal for new or solo providers entering insurance networks.
Includes:
- CAQH profile setup or review
- Initial credentialing application submission
- Primary source verification coordination
- Follow-up with payer(s) as required
- Credentialing status updates
Important Note:
This package is intended for individual providers with limited payer needs. Group practices or providers requiring multiple payer enrollments may require a higher-tier package.
Standard Credentialing Package: Per Provider 3-5 Insurance Payers
Designed for one provider credentialing with multiple insurance payers.
Includes:
- CAQH management and attestation support
- Credentialing and contracting submissions
- Payer follow-up and issue resolution
- Coordination of effective dates
- Ongoing communication and progress updates
This package is ideal for providers who are actively expanding their payer participation and need hands-on credentialing support.
Premium Credentialing Package: Per Provider 6+ Insurance Payers
Designed for one provider requiring credentialing across multiple payers or complex networks. Ideal for providers with extensive payer participation needs.
Includes:
- Full credentialing and contracting management
- Multi-provider CAQH coordination
- Advanced payer follow-up and escalation
- Tracking of approvals and effective dates
- Credentialing summary and documentation delivery
This package provides a comprehensive, high-touch credentialing experience for practices with complex or high-volume credentialing needs.
